Paramedical Tattooing

Flawlessly You: Discover the Future of Scar & Stretch Mark Camouflage

Paramedical tattooing is a transformative, non-surgical solution that blends advanced tattoo artistry with medical aesthetics. Originally developed to help individuals after surgery or trauma, paramedical tattoos have evolved into a powerful technique for concealing scars, camouflaging skin irregularities, and restoring confidence.

At Dermarich Cosmetic Clinic, we are proud to offer paramedical tattooing using NUE Conceal, this includes scar camouflage and inkless tattoo — the most trusted and prestigious brand in the industry. NUE’s advanced techniques and pigments are recognized worldwide for their safety, longevity, and natural-looking results.

Inkless Tattoo (Inkless Stretch Mark Revision)

Inkless tattooing is an advanced regenerative treatment designed to improve the appearance of stretch marks and scars without using pigment. This technique uses medical-grade serums rich in vitamins, peptides, and skin-repairing ingredients that are infused into the skin through controlled micro-channeling. The process stimulates collagen and elastin production, helping to smooth texture, strengthen the skin, and restore a more even, natural appearance over time. Inkless tattoo is ideal for clients who prefer a natural, pigment-free approach to scar and stretch mark improvement and can be performed alone or in combination with paramedical tattooing for enhanced results.

OUR PROCESS FOR Paramedical tattoo Treatment

Initial Consultation

Your visit begins with a detailed consultation to assess the area, skin tone, and scar or stretch mark type. We discuss your goals, review suitability for paramedical tattooing, and explain the expected results and number of sessions needed. This step ensures the treatment plan is safe, realistic, and personalized.

Customized Treatment

During the session, custom-blended pigments are carefully implanted into the skin using advanced paramedical tattoo techniques. The process focuses on blending the area with your natural skin tone rather than covering it. Most clients describe the sensation as mild to moderate discomfort, and the session length depends on the size of the area treated.

Post-Treatment Care

After treatment, the area may appear slightly darker or red, which is normal and temporary. As the skin heals over the following weeks, the pigment softens and blends naturally. You’ll receive clear aftercare instructions, and a follow-up session may be recommended to refine results and ensure optimal blending.

  • Who Is a Good Candidate?

A good candidate for inkless (NUE) and camouflage tattoo treatments is someone with mature, stable scars or stretch marks, typically at least 6–12 months old, that are flat or slightly indented and no longer red or inflamed. Individuals with white or hypopigmented stretch marks (striae alba) tend to see the best results, as inkless treatments can improve texture and collagen while camouflage helps blend the color with the surrounding skin. Ideal candidates are in good overall health, have realistic expectations, and are committed to following proper aftercare. On the other hand, those with active skin conditions, infections, keloid scarring tendencies, or newly formed (red/pink) stretch marks may not be suitable right away and may require pre-treatment or more time before proceeding.

  • Is the procedure painful?

Inkless (NUE) and camouflage tattoo treatments are generally well tolerated, with most clients describing the sensation as mild to moderate discomfort rather than real pain. It typically feels like a light scratching, vibration, or tingling on the skin, and with the use of topical numbing cream beforehand, most people rate the discomfort around 3 to 5 out of 10. Certain areas with thinner skin or closer to bone, such as the ribs or inner thighs, may feel slightly more sensitive, but it is still manageable for the majority of clients. After the procedure, the treated area may feel similar to a mild sunburn for 24 to 48 hours, with some redness and sensitivity but no significant pain. Overall, while it is not completely pain-free, it is considered a comfortable and tolerable treatment for most individuals.

  • Can all scars be treated?

Not all scars are suitable for inkless (NUE) or camouflage tattoo treatments.

    These scars respond well:

    Mature scars

    Flat or slightly depressed scars

    Stable color

    Stretch marks

  • How many sessions will I need?

Treatment time depends on the size and complexity of the area, typically ranging from 1–3 hours per session.

  • Is there downtime?

Healing takes about 7–10 days, during which the area may appear slightly darker before softening into the final result. Normal daily activities can usually be resumed right away. Proper aftercare instructions will be given to you after your treatment.
